_Desert Combat | 3 Comments | | | The Desert Combat bug has bitten!
What is it? It's a mod of BattleField 1942 that brings the game into 1991's Desert Storm, and focuses heavily on vehical (air, ground and sea) combat, on servers that support up to 32 vs 32 play, on outdoor maps that are easily large enough to support that number of players.
Check out the discussion in the clan forums for more info - everyone who has tried this game is completely hooked, and this might be the next evolution in The Rangers online gaming. Believe it or not, it's time to retire Counter-Strike. :)

I've seen a few of you say they're thinking about buying BF1942. In some places you can find it for $29.00, others it's $39.00 and up. Well, I came across a link for $24.90. With tax/shipping it comes to $30.89, and you can get it in 2 days. It's just the deal to get this game into your hands.
On another note, you can see who from our clan is playing DC, and how they're doing!
Dammit, I have to catch up to Wulf, and Lok! :D
